DCS are the initials of entrepreneur Denys C. Shortt who started the company in 1994.

His motto is:  "what you believe ....you create." 

Denys believes his drive and determination comes from his younger days as an England International hockey player. 

Since established in 1994 total accumulated sales since then have exceeded £1 billion. (Annual sales are £150 million - y/e 31/12/12 and 30% up in 2013)

In just 19 years DCS has become the UK market leader in sales and distribution of health, beauty and household brands and the company is setting the highest standards for performance and excellence.

The company is driven by state-of-the-art IT systems to enhance customer and supplier performance. IT is such a focus that DCS has even has developed it's own stand alone software companies Enable International Ltd and Deal-track Ltd.

DCS is the official UK sales & distribution company for P&G, Gillette, Unilever, Colgate, PZ Cussons, SC Johnson, Osram, L'Oreal and more.

DCS also owns the Enliven brand which is sold in 70 countries world wide.

Denys helps the community in many ways and was the former Chairman of the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership.
